Condensing hours of raw stream footage into a fast-paced, highly engaging long-form YouTube video for a creator.

problem

Unedited stream replays are often too slow and filled with dead air for a platform like YouTube. The challenge was to take hours of raw live broadcast and restructure it into a cohesive, tight narrative that keeps viewers hooked for 15 to 30 minutes without losing the stream's original vibe.

solution

Cut down the fluff, dead moments, and technical pauses to optimize the pacing. Re-structured the highlights to build a strong video intro, added contextual zooms, background music shifts to support the mood, and integrated subtle visual assets to keep the storytelling fluid and entertaining throughout.

Created as a specialized project for a prospective client, this edit showcases my ability to handle large-scale video files and long-form storytelling. By bridging the gap between live streaming and YouTube’s retention-driven algorithm, I transformed a lengthy broadcast into a polished, watchable, and highly engaging feature.
